    I never really bothered myself with climate change because I felt there is no reason to bother myself with something that is not directly affecting me when we all we are doing presently in Nigeria is survive.

    These days, I have been forced to change my stance. Heavy rains falling in the middle of November is enough cause for worry. The news of the ocean one day swallowing my beloved Las Gidi is too much to imagine.

    Climate change concerns each and every one of us and I heartily support the convention.
