you will all agree with me that our politicians are more concerned about their cars than our care, they choose the best hotel in town to relax during the working our of the day, while also extending the gesture to the night so that their wives can wallow in immagination about their where about. they choose to sell words on the news papers while in reality having nothing to show for their words. this and more you will get from a typical nigeria politician.
as said one bad egg spoils the others, but in the cass of the ministry of women affairs, headed by hajia Barrister Fatimah Yusuf, the maxim to be used is a different one which should be, no matter how stunts the trees have choosing to grow they can never pull down the the skill of the iroko. which means no matter the face the politicians wear, kwarans will continue to see hajia Fatima in different light.
she has proven to be God sent to the women and children. always on her heal to demand for their rights while leting them know their duties. the woman matcched the rare gift of youthfulness and expirience together to give the Bukola Saraki administration the image it has always reprent to the female folk, though this time, in a more dynamic way.
just of recent the ministry through her able command disbused some computer systems to increase the digital awareness in the state. a project that would have being celebrated like christmas if it where coming from another quater. another project that really rocked my mind is the disbursment of sewing machines to women whose tailoring trade have nursed no hope due to lack of the machine. another land mark achievement to curb poverty you will say. to mention but a few of my observations, they have touched lives in various ways within the short period so far and her stand in reducing poverty at the grassroot will make any one ask if she is a commisioner of poverty erradication or commisioner of women affairs. yet am not hearing voices or some organised praise singing to make heaven of her humble service.
@madam commisioner
finally, it is worth saying that sharing the 'oyatoo' slogan with the state governor is very much justified. madam, many has come and go with equal task but not equal ability, your actions have proven your words, do not relent for we are watching untill you attain beyond the fame of DORA.
@all
why is it that the few women in power tends to deliver the expected dividend of democracy than the countless pull of men
