"Mina" wrote:Tobi, where are you and why on earth would you want to come study in Nigeria? Do you listen at all? Well, as far as I know, no university(federal and state, with the exception of the private ones) take transfer student. there are too many admission processes here and many still aren't given a place...there's UME, pre degree, diploma, distance learning, cesap, foundation program, direct entry...schools would rather admit their own into full time, your hnd naturally should get you into 2nd or 3rd yr for a degree course depending on your course of choice but the reality is this is barely done...you really need some tall and long legs to get by. Good luck and beware of fraudsters.</p></div></blockquote>
Thanks minaa but is there any way u can help me with the tall long legs to have my way thru. I will be glad if i could get some assistance. thanks

ok, if you really wanna come to nigeria and get a direct entry, with your HND from banjul, you'd probably get a 3rd year entry into a four year course. You should look at getting admission into a school in the west/south, because they are more liberal. but whatever you wanna do, send me a PM later.

its good to want to come home and with a discipline like marketing! you have a leg in already. all i have to say is you need to beleive in yourself and what you want to do you. as long as it feels right and you have prayed about it. then go ahead. nigeria is no longer as bad as it is painted.
i am rooting for you; but i want to agree with fola? that a school in the west/south is better. at least here schooling is not too expensive.</p></div></blockquote>
Thank you very much, really apprecieates all your concerns. but i want to ask a questoion. someone with postgraduate diploma and someone with a bachelor degree, which is good an hoep they wouldn't discriminate
