I think u should just tell d guy or babe something reasonable. Let us have it as a drama scene. The guy's name is TONERO, while the girl's name is ASHEWO:-
TONERO(stylishly covering his nose): Darling, what is the name of ur toothpaste?
ASHEWO: Why? well it is an international toothpaste. Any problem with that?
TONERO: No, I think I should just ask since it seems that you have a stinking breath.
